How to cancel your Odoggy app subscription

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On the Home screen of your device, tap Settings.
Tap Your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Odoggy app.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

On your Android device
Launch the Google Play Store app.
Tap Menu (3 bars at the top left) or your picture, initials at the top right.
Tap on Payments & Subscriptions then tap on Subscriptions then tap on the Odoggy app.
Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.

Trouble viewing on a computer

Most issues with viewing on a computer are either seeing a black screen or continuous buffering. First, try using another browser if possible. If you get the same results, this can usually be attributed to trying to view the cameras while at a work location with a restrictive firewall in place. Our advice for this is to use the Odoggy app with your wireless carrier's internet connection.
